Grr

Right I fitted a 1.3 into my 1.0 and it didn't run right so I put the 1.0 tb and dizzy on it and run ran fine
Now it is over fuelling running rich i mean i done 1/4 of a tank in 40 miles :( really smells of fuel also misfiring like a pig when idleing revs drop right down but don't cut out

Thanks

hmm ill try swaping the tb later today the prob i had before was that it wouldnt run right when i had the 1.3 tb on it but was fine with this 1.0 one still ill try the 1.3 first

and the timing i just this minuet checked it seems fine to me

ok i tested, cleaned all them bits and check timing over the weekend running a little bit better but still has a slight misfire and over fueling any more suggestions?

well iAV ia all clean, all the insides are clean and alll plugs and connections are too

still running like a pig would it be worth talking to a remap person wounder if the 1.0 map isnt runng the 1.3 propperly :S
dunno what to do :(

are you sure its over-fueling and not a missfire ? check the lambda voltage to see if it is actually running rich

just dunno where to go next
im tring to get hold of a scanner to plug in ( theres no engine light but knowing my luck that probs dont work either)
i serviced it the other week to see if it sorted it new leads and plugs its had new lambda sensor just clean tb and i cleaned the dizzy cap terminals
tested coolent sensor
now stumped

your lambda voltage should be bouncing around .4 to .65v @ cruise (closed looping) and .9v when accelerating, and 0v on lift.
that test will confirm if you are over-fueling or not (diagnosis is far cheaper than throwing new parts at the problem eh :))
and many of us have run 1.3,s on the 1.0 ecu np
