Grill lining.

can anyone prehaps even james tell me what material he used for that lining on the open mouthed grill on the bonnet, as i have done the same and need it to finish of the grill, as its looking unfinished at the moment, for those of you that dont know what im talking about heres a picture.

Have a look on e-bay or in halfords for mesh, there are various types and designs available to buy, and in diff sizes too.

thanks for the quick reply mate, but i know about the mesh and have meshed mine out, im talking about that lining that is prehaps rubber or something that goes around it, any ideas?

Im guessing you mean the lip that runs along the outside, suppose glass fibre is your best bet.

yep, i did mean that lip, any other suggestions? this is how mine looks at the moment, jus need the lip to finish it off.

Yeah that bonnet was professionally done so it's probably fibreglass underneath with filler on top, styled to look like that. I think Melton Fibreglass did that, including the scoop - and it looks awesome! Great job
