Grey Sill colour match

Got some rust issues bubbling at the surface on the part of the sill that's a grey colour - anyone repainted this part before? is there a paint that matches this already, like a standard grey rattle can from Halfrauds? or is there a code for it...???

It looks very much like a dark primer colour?
If you can get a picture of your sill someone is more likely too be able to help.
