gearbox/clutch

Recently been having problems with the clutch and gearbox, gearbox has become stiff and difficult to engage gears, and after the engine has heated up reverse only goes into gear with a loud grinding sound as if the clutch isnt depressed. changed the gearbox oil and adjusted the clutch/cable, but no better at all, time to change cluth or possibly worse??

sounds like a clutch problem to me, good opportunity to fit a 1.0 flywheel ? :grinning:
