my short shift is abit hard to shift gear is there owt i change to make it easyer? another question can i cut the standed gear stick down and put a new thread on it?

Cutting the stick down will make it harder since your have less of a leverage, have you fitted a short shift you've bought??

ther's not that much you can do to be honest, as long as the box and linkage is ok. you could possibly go down the gym and work on your left arm only.
