G# & other options

[Hachi Roku]

Hi guys! I'm a new user from Italy. I have a K11 and a "work in progress" Toyota AE86.

I want to ask if someone know what the G# letter stands for. What's the meaning. Maybe "great"? It's just a curiosity... Thanks
