Front slam panel bolts - Where can get replacements?

Anyone know where I can get the bolts in Yellow from?

I soaked them all in plus gas & 3 of these bolts sheared off leaving the thread. They been in there since 1994 didn't apply much pressure, seemed quite brittle!

Gonna drill them out.

Anyone know the thread size. Or have to try some breakers for replacements?
