Front left Headlight is dodgy...

I hope this is the right section?..
My front left headlight is annoying me...If i turn the sidelights on, both sidelights turn on so thats all good..
When i goto dipped headlights 80% of the time the front left headlight will not turn on. Now i know it is common for connectors to melt BUT... how come my full beam still works? To make it even more mystifying, if i flash the headlights a few times the front left dipped headlight begins to work again, At this point, no matter how many times i turn the lights on and off the dipped headlight will continue to operate as usual.
If i turn the car off and on again, suddenly the problem reoccurs..

This makes me wonder if its the bulb? Or connector? If it was ther connector it wouldnt fail to turn on sometimes but then fail on me in such obvious patterns?

check the fuse box as well, mine rusted the fuses in place and caused issues with the drivers side, also had broken and melted connectors. check everything to the front lights including the wires i swear they're the only part of a k11 that just wont stop killing itself
