Front Crossmember options

Hi guys, what options have people used for replacing the front crossmember (Current one is rusted out)

I spoke to a mate who works for Nissan and he said they have jumped from £110 retail for the front panel to £317!!!!!

Not normally a fan of pattern panels, but have found this one on ebay:

Metal is metal at the end of the day, pattern parts might have to make slight adjustments for mistakes made in production..
