Front bumper finisher Question

Hello guys,

I have a black K14 Micra with the orange trim accessories on sides / mirrors and bumpers, however the car has been crashed in the past and the front bumper finishers are missing.

I have seen them on nissan shops online but they are sold out everywhere.



Now Ive found them at a local spare parts vendor but they are black color, rather than orange...

My questions are:

1) the original factory orange colored finishers are painted or is there any foil on them?
2) how are the finishers attached to the bumper itself?

As far as I know all the finishers come painted, you could always get the black ones and get them painted or wrapped to whatever colour you want if the orange ones are unavailable.

I’m pretty sure they just attach with 3m tape, just make sure it’s clean before you apply them using some adhesive promoter helps things like that stick well just make sure you have it aligned properly first go
