from stock 13/70/155 99 model to 14 inch 2000+ rims

I have 99 model micra k11 with 13/70/155 tires I have buy 14" rims from 2000 face lift model.
My question is what is the correct tire size who I must use ?
My micra is 1.3 with 1.3 transmission and ecu.
I ask a local tire seller and told me that the closest size is 165/55/14.
I search the internet and no found the best choice is 165/60/14.
So what you suggest me?
Is critical the fuel economy for me also.

I run the 14" wheel as well. Go with the 165/60/14 same as me and they're fine. MPG around 48 - 50 mpg.
