care to elaborate?

harder to get into any of the gears? how low does the knob get dropped?

diffucult to install?

no not harder alot easier but my shifter was cut down by the other owner so i not sure how much of a drop from standard but it is pretty high still. Throw is close to half what it was seems very smooth. One bolt to take the old one out and the new one in.

All in all good value for money i think. But mine was cut down already so alot better then a cut shifter.

yeh. these are great... shouldn't really be any shorter... have no f'in idea why someone would cut it shorter.. what a mod... these give the gearbox a really racey feel.

yeah they do. The cut one was just a short throw though but was really hard to get in plus not legal or safe as you could not put a proper gear knob on it so that is why i got this. Thought it was pretty cheap as others i priced at auto barn were over 200
