fogs not working

hi my fog have stoped working checked the fuse and bulbs there ok and full beam is still working.
but there no voltage at the connectors on the inner wings.
any ideas what else could be?

Hi could be the switch on the stalk what year and type of Micra have you?

Can you hear the relay click when you set the switch on the stalk.

Well as I've never had a relay fail then we can assume that there's no power going to it. Therefore it must not be getting power. The 12v comes from the fusebox to the stalk then to the relay. You're going to have to check the voltage at the stalk.
