Anyone have any experience with flood damage. Water had got to ECU behind centre console. Replaced ECU but still no luck.

it could be the NATS now
As said above it could be the NATS, depending on the age of the car the NATS encoding is held in three places (key, ignition and ecu) if any of the three don't line up then the car won't start.
Another one to check is the wiring to make sure nothing has perished when it got wet.
