Fitting a head light bulb

Hi

I have a 51 plate micra. I need to fit a front head light bulb, can anyone advise how i do this?

you have to squeeze the sides of the connector quite hard to release the little snag-clips inside it (which is why some melt imo, because people butcher the connector off :glare

Thanks, im starting from scratch, how do i gain access! am i going in from under the bonnet, or taking off the light cover..!
And then there are some clips inside are there which i disconnect from the bulb and then clip in the new bulb...

Under the bonnet
On the back of the headlight is a rubber protector (usually) remove this
On the back of the light is a little black plug the metal clip is around this squeeze to remove
The black plug should pull off but don't force it, normally needs pulling off in a certain direction
Bulb out....
Reverse for fitting
