Final Drive

Hi Guys,
I haven't even found a micra I like yet and I'm already toying with the idea of a final drive from a SSS pulsar which is 4.167 ratio compared to the micra's 3.89

Would the pulsar one suit the micra?

Should make the box a bit closer? or am I talking rubbish?

Hi Ed,

Sorry the gearbox in 2Lt (including SSS) Pulsars is totally different to the micra gearbox. None of their parts would be interchangable.

It's possible to install the gearbox from an N14/N15 1.6 Ltr pulsar into a micra... Cisco did this with his Blue Monster. The bellhousing etc. fits perfectly but custom-made driveshafts were required to make it work.
