Final drive swap?

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit the final drive c.w.p from a 1.3 auto box onto the diff of a 1.3 manual box? I want to increase the ratio from standard manual 3.89:1, to auto box ratio 5.2:1, to get better acceleration. The Micra Challenge rally cars used a diff ratio of 5.1:1 so I know this ratio will be about right for my car, but will it fit? Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Manual and auto boxes are totally different so I don't think that you could, Matt Humpris of Oxford often has rally-spec boxes for sale if you want to look there...
