Hi, Lambda sensors are oxygen sensors, as they measure the oxygen content in the exhaust fumes to calculate the air-to-fuel ratio, so it is a lambda sensor you need, and the front one just means that it is the one before the catalytic converter, as there is also one after the catalytic converter to measure the effectiveness of the cat.
