That one is for a Mk2 Escort but I plan to replicate it in a smaller form for the micra crowd 
Lower section can be lathed. Upper section most likely water jet cnc'd
BCs for micras are usually a 12mm shaft.
As above with the two machines depending on costs
Then I'll throw em into some OTT testing before I'd recommend them to others
