factory fitted speakers + wires HELP

my standard front speakers in my 98 micra worked fine then one day they just stopped ??

all the speakers are connected fine ect even the speakers,its just when i come to wire them up i don't get anything i get the crackle as touch the wires for connection but that's my lot ?

can anybody help

i even tried the wires in the boot and they dont want to work either

what could this be a hidden fuse ? i dont know :down:
