I mean I was selling a leather stearing wheel and no one wanted it. So I offered it for free, still nobody wanted it so it went to the scrap heap in the end.

Also you'll need specialist shipping as it's classified as an explosive

Not if you don't tell them. Also all charge is dissipated after about ten minutes I've read, so can't blow anyway apparently.
