Exhaust fitted

Hey guys and girls I got my k11 fitted with extractors and a full exhaust got a hi flow cat and decided to put a flexi did I really have to put a flexi on?

Sl mufflers i had a cat back he installed the extractors and hook it all up and make it a a full exhaust he charges me $100 for that then I got a hi flow cat $100 and then a flexi $100 so total of $300
