Engine Shake

Since I bought my K12 in three times when I been waiting in a stop signal or semaphore the engine has begin to shake how the synchronization is out, but when put the foot in the throotle pedal the sympton stops and the engine operates normally , anybody knows what is?

My Automatic, had similar vibration problen at take off (especially whith cold engine); turned out to be the front pully (new seal and pully required as old pully was damaged)
