engine converson

ive got a 1996 nissan micra vibe and im able 2 get my hands on a 1.3 16v twin cam micra motor for a good price.

what would i need for the converson?

ecu??

clutch??

gearbox??

obviously i need the engine but dunno about the other parts is there anything else i need?? ive been told that there the same as my motor but i wanna make sure that i get everything first before i start the converson

you'll prob need the clutch and gbox as before 98 the 1.0 and 1.3 were different i think.

probably best to get everything though

yes to everything, however you can run the 1.0L clutch, ecu and box i believe. but at the end of the day i think that the 1.3 componants are much better suited to the 1.3 engine and at only a little extra cost it will save having to change them later.

dont forget the driveshafts and the gear linkage

suggest u change all at one time
prevent later haf to change a gin
