engine change

quick question for you.. my car, 51 1.0 16v manuel.
i've got chance of 20,000 mile engine from an auto. is there big changes involved, obviously flywheel.... anything else thanks guys.

hi mica, is the auto engine a coilpack one ? (post 2000)

they are individual packs per plug

same as the ones on my (manual) engine

there aint one mica (the shaft is unsupported)

as for the nose bearing, a qualified mobile mechanic told me it would be different ???? lol

hi all,
phew, the cars running perfect. i was a bit wary of buying a engine off ebay but as it happens (up to now) 2 days of running up to temp, stopping & starting etc.. alls ok a nd it purrs like 32k engine.

should,ve dropped a 1.4 in instead tho

thing is, it was a p/x with known bottom end & head gasket gone so thought it would save time just to bang the same engine in.
i need at least 8 days a week just so my hours can be cut to 10 a day !!!

car will be up for sale soon, mot till october but i'll stick a new 1 on, and 6mth tax
