Engine build

Hi, I’ve not been on here for a wile just wondering if you could give me some of you advice!
I’m just about to put my cg 1.3 ported and polished head on to a 1.4 cga3 block will it all just bolt on or do I have to change the pistons ?
And doi use the cga3 chain or the 1.3 cg ?
Also do you think I would gain any sort of power doing this or should I just stay with the cg bottom end with the 1.0 pistons? Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

No the heads not skimmed the only reason I’m changing the block is because me boy split the block when he crashed the car on track !! Do you gain anything from the cg3 block with the 1.3cg head
 
you gain some cc from the 1mm bigger bore and stroke steve (5% 4hp maybe ?)
12:1 compression should gain about twice that
high compression and wild cams ideally for track use

Think I will get on and order some decent cams for our other engine.
for now if I put the 1.3cg onthe cg3 block would that be fine for now mate?

Also would changing the throttle body for a different one do me any favours?
Also what about changing the injectors!
Would different ones bolt straight on and give me any extra power anywhere? Thanks mate
 
yes, and chains are the same steve, and black ga16 injectors with an adjustable fuel reg to fine tune them
