Electric Power...

I need advise on the best way to wire in my remote central locking unit. Should I mess around sending new wires directly to the battery (which will be a nightmare trying to get it through the pokey little hole and rubbers where the main loom goes) or is there an easier way like using the wires that come into the ignition switch? The wires to the unit are fused so I don't need to go through the fuse box.

Obv the locking unit will be draining a bit of power at all times but I want to avoid wiring it so the battery keeps running flat. I've heard this is possible.

Hopefully will get it finished this afternoon :grinning:

Your in Sussex aswell? lol loads of people down this end popping up on here :D
Surely wiring in some new wires will not be the end of the world :p
Oh and don't forget the pictures :D

It will be if I mess it up and have to get the train to work tomorrow. I hate the train.

I thought about sticking the whole thing up but then I thought that might be a brief guide to breaking into my car and deactivating the immobiliser.
