Ebay service kits any good??

i need to service both the yaris and micra and have been looking at the cheap service kits, has anyone used them before and are they a bargain or like most things you get what you pay for..?

What do you think?
Do you trust cheap eBay stuff to keep your engine running? An oil filter air filter and tub of oil won't cost much more than 30 quid
They don't seem that cheap anyway! Air filters are about £3 oil filters less than £2 spark plugs about £1.50 each

If a Nissan service kit is only £23.49 it seems like a no-brainer to me.
