Door handles on wing mirror ???

Hi guys what is it called when you open a cars door by a button on the wing mirror ???

Solenoid, is probably the search term you are after, or door popper. The button will power an actuator that pulls the door release mechanism in the same way the handle would. Usually the button would be an override for the remote control, and meeting the requirement for the doors to be able to be opened from the outside of the vehicle.
