Depends on the model/spec. but for your average K11...
1. Take off inner door handle (2 big phillips screws)
2. Pop off door release handle trim, sharp nails or plain screwdriver.
3. Remove winder handle, held on by a springy horseshoe clip thingy. Carefully lever it to locate the clip, put a bit of tape round the handle to catch the clip then gently lever it off. If you dont put the tape on you risk the clip springing into outerspace!
4. Working from the bottom corner pop the door trim off. Be forceful enough to pop them out but don't bend the trim too sharply or it will break.
5. When they are all released slide the trim up and release it from the door.
6. Pull the plastic down, looking at the outer door handle from inside the door release the 2 10mm nuts.
7. From outside jiggle the remains of the handle down and out, release the rod from the rear.
8. Done, make tea then stick the new one on!
