does anyone know where the air flow meter is?

Does anyone know where the air flow meter is ON A MICRA K11 FACELIFT 1.0 S?

I'm having a engine management fault and its says the air flow meter is fault.

if possible can I have a picture.

I don't think its anything major as fault/engine management light goes off and on. wasn't on this morning so I'm hoping it just needs a clean or bad wire.

Yeah, I had the same sort of problem with my Almera.

Could I use break cleaner instead as it evaporates?

Isopropyl alcohol is the stuff u need. Also you dont need to replace the entire tb just the maf which is the same on the facelift almera

ould brake cleaner not work or would it break it?

Don't use brake cleaner. Use CRC maf cleaner. It's only a tenner.

okay its just im working 12 hour shifts and i have tin of brake cleaner at home so was just going to use that.
