Dodgy Ecu?! Please help!

Hi folk.

2010 micra 1.2 visia.

Originally posted a week ago, kept getting p0031 and p0032 code on my diagnostic tool, changed o2 sensor, checked all wiring, harness, fuses etc they seem ok.

Took to mechanic for diagnostic, car all showing up u1000 and c10c3 codes

Mechanic said probably Ecu problem and not worth fixing = terminally ill car.... which has just had a new battery and tyres ffs.

Is there any help or advice you can give me, and cost of fixing this problem... my cars 10 years old so not worth alot but only done 64000 and its never given me any issues until now. The replaced battery was the original!

Any advice greatly received.

Research the fault codes given above & results of multiple issues imply a ABS/ data coms can bus issue that requires logical assessment, inspection, testing & diagnosing sequence. Rare ECU failure is most unlikely unless exposed to water leaks.
