Bloody thieves.

Cannot go home to spend christmas with my family in Cyprus now.


I particularly like the fact that they'll change your flight (which doesn't help me as my work holiday is between the strike dates) or get a refund, and all you need to do is call them.

When you call them, after a lovely lecture about where I can find the latest information about baggage, you get told "we are very busy at the moment, please try again later or visit our website". Then they hang up on you.
