Hi all.. I'm just scheming things out loud. A friend has a k11 up for sale. It has a fairly elusive in NZ cg13 engine. Most here are the 1 litres.
Sadly it also had an auto box and four doors. Me not likey.
However - my local wreckers has an almost complete k11 1 litre manual 3 door. So I'm just starting to have day dreams about getting both and playing swappsies with all the parts. (and really pushing off my wife, who although she lives micras claims I have far too many projects on the go..)
So questions. Are the engine ecus a separate thing and like most 90s Japanese cars I've played with not fully tied to the auto ecu?
Do 1 and 1.3 litre cars share the same flywheel and clutch diameter?
Any other Pitfulls I should watch for.
As I said.. Just dreaming aloud at this point!
