Digital Display above car radio

Hi All, just seen the a digital display for sale on ebay. I have a diesel 1.5 K12. 54 plates. The car DOES NOT have a display installed. it is blocked off with the black plastic panel. Is it a straightforward installation -"plug and play" or will I need other things to get the display to work.
Any ideas or advice will help.

Also thinking of changing the steering to have the radio control on it.

I fitted the display to my 1litre defeater a few weeks ago, the loom/plug was behind the cd player, but you need to get the display and the little bit of plastic trim for about it, its a half hour job and your done.

You will have a small white connector taped to the wiring loom behind the stereo. You will have to take the whole lot out to get to it. But it's quite a straight forward job

Have a read through this threads.. Me and Leepey install the display clock few weeks back and I managed to get the temp sorted.
