Hello,
just one little question, is there any difference between the normal gearbox and the ST one?
Or are they the same?
takes thicker drives aswell,
Ok thanks. That's the info I needed, but now I only ne a ST gearbox
Does somebody know if the clutch fits the normal gearbox?
not sure bob but i know ed did stick a few cogs outa a bluebird box and put it in the st box for differnt ratios ages ago
Alleks just use Cg10 box! Maybe also drill and tap the flywheel to take the Cg10 clutch
St engine will make bits of this and the skinny drive shafts fairly quickly mate

the SR (RS5F32) has a different bellhousing bolt pattern i believe, and the ST had a 31V surely http://forum.pulsar.org.au/showthread.php/31622-RS5F31V-Gearbox-and-VLSDs-vs.-Nismo-LSDs.
and my little 1.0 box and skinny shafts are coping ok baz
i would'nt of throught that nissan would made a one off box just for the st it would be out of something early like a ga...etc
I thought it shared the same gearbox as sunny's of the same year(ish)
Ya cant get inner or outer cv's in a motor factors for st so I wouldn't say it the same. As far as I know the casing for the box is unique to the st and the diff also.
