Difference between March/Micra ECU

Does anybody known the difference between the March K11 and the Micra K11 ECU? I known that the use gasoline with an octane number of 100 in Japan. I use gasoline with an octane number of 95 and the idle timing is set to -15. I was wondering if I could swap the ECU and maybe gain some power

Only the '92 march ecu's are different, and as far as I'm aware there are no timing differences.
