What tool would I need to pull codes and diagnostics from my 1994 pre FL CG10DE K11?

A screwdriver.

Pulling codes on a pre odb2 Micra is worthless. Live data can be handy but you need a Nissan consult capable adapter for it. Not a odb to odb2 wire adapter.
