Desktop Management program

Can anyone recommend a good trustworthy desktop manager.

Am doing several jobs at work each requiring different screens/programs, need to fins a good program that will let me change the desktop to that job role at a click, it needs to be something that my internal systems can see is trusted (and free)

If all else fails can use this to persuade them my screen is too small!!

Have you tried Microsoft's Virtual Desktop Manager?

After a little digging though, you get this on your task bar:

and you click them to choose which desktop you want

looks simple enough and as it's a MS add-on should be fine, just wait and see what internal systems say

i would recommend altdesk (made my the same people who make aston shell)
