Been thinking of knocking out first cat but have a 2nd lambda on the exhaust system, what would happen if still knocked cat out and the 2 nd lambda there? Engine light or excessive fuel use?

I have my car set up with a frankspeed Mani and decat pipe, and the engine management light is on, like yourself I have a second lambda sensor, car seems to run alright, but always wondered if this would effect anything... hmm.
