De cat or cat?

Making myself a nice new exhaust and was wandering what was a better option straight through with a motobike tail pipe (happen to have in shed). or shall i get new cat is there any point? was going to keep old one for mot so dont need to worry on that side of it.

The fines for not running any cats are quite crippling in all fairness... I'd stick with one... I'm sure I read the other day you only gain 1bhp from deleting it anyway...

I'd keep the old one. If it's an original nissan one it may well flow better than a cheap generic part anyways.

wow didnt realise you could get fined for it cheers. got the s/s tube ready to go, so going to keep original cat
