Cut-out on underside of SS Spoiler

Anyone know whether the cut out is supposed to house a brake light?

its there to allow the washer jet to spray the rear window un-hindered. if it was level with the rest of the spoiler it wouldnt spray the window effectively

I don't have the washer jet so I'm going to shop around and see what fits in the hole if I can't find anything suitable I might even try to fit a flat LED brake light......(Y)

I've got myself a Hole cutter slightly larger than the 10mm socket, masking tape and Drills so I should have it fitted soon enough, it's definitely going to look slightly different to what peeps are used to
