Crossmember!

So I was given this 1999 k11 Micra but it has its fair share of rust. The front crossmember will need replacing also 1ft of both cills are rotten at the back. I was wondering if it's worth the 2-3 days of welding or if I should just scarp it for another.

If it's a standard 1l with no mods it's not worth it, 1.3 could make it worth it, depends on what you want to do with it, You would get more if you broke it rather then just scrapping it.

I'd say it's worth repairing if you can do it yourself. You can pick up the repair parts pretty cheap. There is not much point braking as you'll sell one or two parts then be stuck with half a Micra..
At least if you can fix it. You get a cheap car to rag around or you can get it MOT'ed and make a bit of profit on it

I'll try with beefy L-beam soon, it will also add some stiffness
