We've been trying to remove the crankshaft pulley. but it wont budge, we've been doing it in first gear with one of us on the brakes. Should I be using 5th gear, or does it make next to no difference which gear?
I just get a knuckle bar with the correct socket on the end, with the handle pointing forwards wedged on the ground with your foot turn the engine over.
Basic idea is for the Wrench to hold the bolt still whilst the engine turns.
