Coolant Level Drop

Hi is it normal for the coolant level in the backup reservoir to drop after you change the coolant (maybe filling up air bubbles in the system)? I am worried I have a leak.

yeh, chris, you,ll probably need to top-up a couple of times

Sure hope so. Had gone from near the Max to the Min, have topped it up again and will keep an eye on it. Recently changed my water pump, so I hope that the head gasket hasnt gone or it is bye bye micra .

Not massively difficult, you you need to remove all the belts etc and get to some difficult to get to bolts
