On my Amp and Head Unit, the remote cables both have female parts, what do i need to connect them?

Second query is the Amp to box with sub in, Shall I just strip the wires and connect up, is this right?

you can buy a connector from maplins, basically it's just two male ends put end to end.

you can do that, or get some jack plugs to put on the end of the cables that push into the connectors.

Cheers Sonic,

Sorry to be a hassle again, another thing I havent't figured out is... to hook up the power cable to the batter is easy, but where does it travel through to get to my car boot? I can't see a way through :-S

I ran my power cable up the plastic wiring channel on the right of the car, just under the edge of the carpet, the RCA leads should run seperate from the power leads though, I ran mine along the middle of the car under the carpet.

It goes through the bulk head of your car, probably towards the top of the engine bay if its a k11. Then you can take it down behind your dash and run it alongside the seats under the carpet and back up into the boot. Hope this helps... :)

Graham this pic is from another thread concenrnig the fuel filter circled yellow...

but if you look toward the top right of the circle and concentrate on the back wall you'll notice a black splodge...

this is known as a rubber gromit.. knife a slit in this and feed the red wire through keeping the fuse holder part in the engine bay... (nb you may need to jab throught the gromit with a screwdriver first)

attach the red wire in the bay to positive terminal on battery, then inside feel behind the the glove for the red wire its their trust me...
