Hi all
Could anyone tell me which way I should turn the screw on top of the waxstat plunger to reduce cold idle speed. That would be looking directly down on the screw. I'm assuming I have to loosen the nut around the shaft and then it's an Allen key to adjust?
Also, when hot, is it normal for the car to rev at about 1200 when stopping at a junction for example and then settle down say 2-3 seconds later?
Cheers
