Clutch?

right so my car is being a bit down in the dumps atm,

ive spent alot of money on the car in the last few months -
cambelt, new top mounts - as previous owner thought it was acceptable to redril them rather then fitting the suspension correctly in the first place:doh:
tyres, tyres, and more tyres as shocks are blown and cant really afford new ones

but now im lead to believe the clutch has gone, but would like some confirmation and maybe a link to as where i can find it to purchase :wasntme:

its a 1986 micra k10 sgl

clutch seems to be riding high,
sticking a little bit
car has lost some of its nippiness
and keeps getting stuck into gear

yeah id say its gone mate. does the engine rev above normal when driving and not really go anywhere? they are not hard to change on the k10 i dint even have to get under mine i just did it all from the top.

You can find them dirt cheap on eBay. Check out the of the US eBay (not sure why as they never had the Micra) - they have them really cheap.

its easy to do it ur self or if u get a garage it would be about 200, i wouldnt pay anymore an that realy in less u love the car lol i wouldnt get one off ebay inless its a shop coz wot people do is clean old ones up and sell them
