climate control

My wifes K12 has climate control. It no longer works on auto and only sometimes on manual.
The temperature has to be set to 32 for any heat it then just gets hotter, set it any lower and it just goes cold. The dealer was useless, said there was nothing wrong.We have had the car for 3 years so know how it should and can work.
Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Ring a few aircon specialists and see what they say.
