cleaning disks and calipers

Im not sure if this is possible but since I got my alloys fitted I noticed the disks on the front and the calipers are like scruffy/rusty is it possible to clean them to get them back to being shiney silver again?

The discs will always get rusty again....they react to the moisture in the air. Then as soon as you use the car it'll all dissappear and you'll have nice clean metal, until you let the car sit for a few hours again!

Caliper wise you can always paint them with some hammerite metal paint

Yes, also a nice thing to do for the rusty drums on the back as well. Hammerite is excellent. You can either colour code it to your car, or just make them look tidy like I did and paint them black.
